18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Statement

1. Custodian of Records

All records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained by Camstel TV’s designated Custodian of Records:

2. Scope of this Statement

This compliance statement applies to all live and pre-recorded content hosted, streamed, or otherwise distributed by Camstel TV where one or more performers appear in a visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct. Content produced by third-party studios, independent performers, or affiliates is subject to the same verification standards before it appears on our platform.

3. Age Verification Procedures

Camstel TV requires every performer to provide valid, government-issued photo identification indicating that they are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher). Our compliance team reviews each submission for authenticity and completeness prior to allowing performers to broadcast or upload content. We retain copies of identification documents and supplemental releases as part of the official 2257 records.

4. Ongoing Monitoring & Enforcement

Performer profiles are re-verified on a recurring basis. We proactively monitor broadcasts, recordings, thumbnails, and promotional materials to detect any content that might be non-compliant. Any content that raises concerns is immediately suspended pending a compliance review. Accounts that fail to provide sufficient documentation are terminated, and relevant information is reported to law enforcement where required.

5. Reporting Concerns

We encourage anyone who encounters material that may involve minors or otherwise violates our standards to notify us right away via the contact page. Please provide the performer name, broadcast URL, screenshots, or any other details that help us investigate quickly. All reports are reviewed by trained compliance personnel.
