1. About Camstel TV

Camstel TV (“Camstel TV,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an extension of the Camstel.com adult live streaming network. We offer interactive video chat services, performer listings, and related premium features to verified adults. These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Camstel TV. By accessing or using the site you accept the Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately.

Pricing, promotions, and available features may change from time to time. You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, including recurring charges, until you cancel. Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of unused virtual currency.

5. Community Standards & Prohibited Conduct

Camstel TV celebrates consensual adult expression. To protect everyone, you agree that you will not:

• Share, request, or stream content featuring minors or anyone who appears to be underage;
• Encourage or perform illegal activity, sexual violence, bestiality, or non-consensual behavior;
• Distribute private or personally identifying information about models or other users;
• Impersonate Camstel staff, misrepresent your identity, or manipulate viewer counts or tips;
• Upload malicious code, attempt to breach our security controls, or interfere with the site;
• Use automation, scraping, or unauthorized data collection methods; or
• Harass, stalk, defraud, threaten, or otherwise harm members of the Camstel community.

We may remove content, suspend interactive features, or terminate accounts that break our standards or harm the integrity of the platform. We also cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

6. Performer and Viewer Content

Content you stream, upload, or submit remains yours, but you grant Camstel TV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works from that content as needed to operate and promote the service. This license ends when you remove your content, subject to archived copies required for legal or compliance purposes. You confirm that you own the necessary rights and have secured all model releases and consents required to share your materials.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, software, graphics, textual content, and proprietary features on Camstel TV belong to Camstel.com and our licensors. You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Any attempt to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services

Camstel TV integrates with third-party streaming, billing, and moderation providers, including the Camstel.com partner platform operated through the Streamate network. When you engage with those features you are also subject to the terms and policies of the relevant partner. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, and your interactions with them are solely between you and the third party.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Camstel TV at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal exposure for us, or interfered with other users. You may close your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting support. Sections of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Camstel TV is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate listings, or the actions of performers and viewers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camstel TV, its parent Camstel.com, affiliates, directors, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or intangible losses resulting from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the previous six months or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Camstel TV, Camstel.com, and our officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your content, your conduct on the site, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our team via the contact page. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter will be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Proceedings will occur in English, on an individual basis, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final except for limited rights of appeal under the Federal Arbitration Act. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business needs. When we make material updates we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use of Camstel TV after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
